My sister was 7 years old when I was born. I don’t know how she felt about having a little sister….but I can guess! I can guess based on the way she has always treated me.

As I approach my 50th birthday, my sister is still my fearsome defender. She is the first to call me out on my wrongs, and the first to cheer at the good. Sure, she has spent her life trying to kill me It’s a long long story) but she is also the one who has watched over me for my whole life.

So, today I am thankful for my sister. I can’t imagine my life without her.
