30 DAYS OF THANKFUL – DAY TWENTY-ONE: My Mom
Today I got to spend the day with my mom. A few years ago it didn’t seem possible I would be saying that for any more Thanksgivings. So, today I am very thankful to be able to spend the day with my mom.

Today I got to spend the day with my mom. A few years ago it didn’t seem possible I would be saying that for any more Thanksgivings. So, today I am very thankful to be able to spend the day with my mom.
Today we traveled 250 miles to visit friends and family for Thanksgiving. Although we grumbled at the volume of traffic and the waiting for an accident to clear, comparatively, our journey was easy. For the most part we zipped along at 70(ish) mph while listening to music and having the temperatures regulated. We The rest of the story
Today I am thankful for indoor plumbing and hot showers. It wasn’t that long ago that people had to trudge to the outhouse or heat water for a bath…today I am thankful I must do either of those things! Let’s hear it for CONVENIENCE!
Today I am thankful for St Paul’s UMC in Carolina Beach! After many years of searching for a Church that I could call my own, I believe I have found it at St Paul’s. I have appended many Churches in my almost 50 years and I have never encountered a The rest of the story
Today I spent five hours in bitter cold chasing opportunity. Believe me, I grumbled! Complained! and wanted to abandon and head to a warmer place…but I persevered!
