A Day off Work

I visited Moore’s Creek National Battle field yesterday as a part of my day off from work. Although it rained (poured actually) through much of my visit, I was able to take a few interesting shots.  The ones in this post were all taken down by the creek near the picnic area.

The one time being lazy paid off for me

Sunday before last  was a quiet Sunday at my house. We’d worked hard on Saturday and it was a beautiful morning. We talked about taking our bikes for a ride. Instead we stayed home. It’s funny how life happens. About 9:30 we heard the sounds associated with an accident. The rescue personnel rushing to assist. Logically, you’d think that efforts to improve one’s appearance would somehow lead to more happiness. ~TIME MAGAZINE As if there weren’t enough pressures in life.

How will you decide today to begin the journey toward your dream?

2011/03/30 Gayle 0

In the book Think and Grow Rich,  Napoleon Hill said “The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desires bring weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat.” You are holding your world in the palm of your hands. The only requirement from you is the strong desire to accomplish your wishes and dreams. How will you decide today to begin the journey toward your dream? Your world is waiting!
