Today I spent five hours in bitter cold chasing opportunity.
Believe me, I grumbled! Complained! and wanted to abandon and head to a warmer place…but I persevered!
Sales were slow (read virtually non-existent) but I was committed.
Then it happened – two women approached. Said “We’re looking for you” and proceeded to make a rather large purchase.
Now, I’ll not be retiring any day soon because of their purchase. But it reminded me that opportunity is available yet, We often lose the opportunity because we fail to act! When we do act we often lose the opportunity because we fail to persevere!
Today I am thankful for opportunity! I pray for the wisdom to recognize it and to persevere!
