UPDATE – The situation with the puppy mill bill is disappointing.  The bill will not be heard due to a few special interest groups.  As a community we must come together to ensure that this will not continue to happen.  You have all been asking what you can do now. Making these calls is the most important thing that you can do for all the animals in NC. Please take the time today to call: 1.
