While attending a meeting a few days ago, someone mentioned a video of a 3D printer that was making the rounds. Took the time today to wash my truck. Even in the midst of an epic drought, it still rained within 30 minutes of the wash. My theory is that municipalities need to change their drought theories. Rather than banning car washing during a drought, they should encourage it. By the The rest of the story
