Took the time today to wash my truck. Even in the midst of an epic drought, it still rained within 30 minutes of the wash.
My theory is that municipalities need to change their drought theories. Rather than banning car washing during a drought, they should encourage it.
By the way, I am testing a new found freedom. The ability to email via my phone and have ti post to my blog. Look for shorted more spontaneous quips as I fill up my nes category, phone it in.
