As humans we spend a lot of time thinking about the end. We ask questions like, ‘what’s your end game?’  ‘Where do you want to end up?’ or ‘where do you see this going?’ We do things like create a bucket list in an attempt to be sure we get in the things we wish to do before we reach the end. Rarely do we concentrate our efforts on the beginning. We frequently live our lives thinking about the end game; Trudging through our days to get to the evening or making our way through the week to celebrate the weekend. We all want people to like us and we are willing to give of ourselves to accomplish this feat. You play nice at the office. You play nice with your spouse. You stuff your wants, needs, desires down while being nice to those around you. Nice is stifling! There’s a huge price to pay for parading through your life wearing the cloak of Nice. 1. Sometimes I feel like my phone has become more than a tool. It has become an obsession. I play with it constantly! Are Your Thoughts Ruining Your Life?

Do you ever feel like you fall into a convolution spiral of negativity?  It is like a tornado that blows through your existence. The negativity may not destroy everything, but at the very least it rearranges and creates havoc from what was the order of your life. It only takes the one little gust of negative to start whirling around in your brain and soon it picks up other negative thoughts, about you, your job, other people, etc etc etc. Then the dark clouds of depression and inactivity arrive.
